The Maryland Lottery is a state-run lottery service that offers a variety of interstate/multistate draws, instants, and video lottery. Lottery tickets are available at over 4,400 retailers across the state by anyone over the age of 18. Video lottery can is available at five locations throughout Maryland with a minimum playing age of 21.

Maryland Online Lottery

At the moment there is no online lottery available in Maryland due to legal restrictions. To play the lottery players need to visit a retail location and purchase tickets in person. Steps are now taken to legalize online lottery gaming. However, there is no definite timeline.

Powerball

Powerball is a massive countrywide lottery that gives players the chance to win hundreds of millions of dollars! To play in MD, you can pick up a ticket from any lottery retailer and select five main numbers and one Powerball number. Each Powerball ticket is $2.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338 which makes it a long shot but the potential reward is massive.
